Village Men (Collective)

A group of rural laborers drawn into the Master and Rani’s schemes through coercion and exhaustion. Operating as a faceless collective, their obedience stems from desperation rather than loyalty, their morale stripped by sleepless nights and unattributed terror. They view the Doctor’s warnings as empty folly, their skepticism born from cumulative trauma. Driven by collective fear and the sheer weight of survival, they embody the human collateral in the Time Lords’ temporal power struggle, reduced to tools in a contest they neither understand nor control.
