Kandor

Kandor was an executive-grade officer in Megapolis Four who orchestrated one of the Company's largest embezzlement schemes. He falsified computer records to divert millions of talmars for personal enrichment and that of his conspirators. His fraud went undetected for an unprecedented duration before he was eventually imprisoned in the Correction Centre, where he survived three years despite the Company's usual purge policies. His case became a cautionary tale suppressed from public view.
