Huarth

Huarth is the nominal authority in the Village, addressed as 'most noble of the noble ones' by the Spider Queen's guards. Though the guards confer elevated title, little else is revealed of his actual power; his response to the ultimatum is absent from the scene. He serves as a local leader figure, caught between the demands of the Spider Queen's regime and the fragile autonomy of the Village. His silence under pressure suggests either resignation or calculation.
