Custodian

The Custodian maintains the teaching machines in Gond's Learning Hall, serving the unseen Krotons who dominate the planet's education. Bound by ancient rules, he guards their secrets and admits no one has seen the Krotons for thousands of years. Only their selected companions—judged unworthy—gain access to the Krotons' domain. Obedient yet fearful, he resists pressure but pleads for mercy when threatened, embodying servile loyalty amid rising rebellion.
