Nameless Cameraman

Nameless Cameraman mans the elevated surveillance camera in the Panopticon Gallery’s central dais. His sole function in the narrative is the visual point-of-view he provides, a circumstantial figure rather than an established person. The episode makes no attempt to give him a name, rank, personality, or history beyond being the camera’s operator who reacts with shock to the unseen threat and is silenced before he can raise an alarm. He is an instrument of narrative tension, not a character.
