Voc is a member of the robotic collective stationed outside the Control Deck. Operating from Dask’s command signals, these machines enforce his hidden agenda without understanding his full plan. Though their function is purely mechanical, their blind obedience exposes the fragility of their programming when confronted with conflicting directives. Their mechanical unity masks no individual will or dissent.
