Dressed in requisite palace livery, this sentry performs rote security duties but shows no sign of independent initiative. While nominally part of the palace’s formal guard corps, their actions reveal them as little more than an institutional extension of the court’s rigid decorum. They enforce silence and obedience without personal judgment, reacting with reflexive hostility when challenged by either the Doctor’s provocations or the escalating violence around King Dalios.
