The Enemy of the World Part 1

When the Doctor, Jamie, and Victoria land on a beach, they are mistaken for his doppelganger Salamander, a man aiming to become dictator of the world, and are hunted by assassins who want to eliminate the perceived threat.

The Doctor, Jamie, and Victoria arrive via the TARDIS on a seemingly deserted beach, where they are soon after mistaken for someone else. While the Doctor enjoys a swim, they attract unwanted attention from Anton and his associates, who believe the Doctor is Salamander, a ruthless man aiming for world domination. After realizing the danger, the Doctor and his companions attempt to flee, but Anton's team begins shooting at them.

As they are chased through the dunes, they are rescued by Astrid who flies in on a helicopter, although her motives are unclear from the start. Astrid brings them to a bungalow; inside, she treats a minor gunshot wound, and the Doctor tends to Astrid's injury and assesses the situation. Astrid explains that the assassins are after the Doctor because of his resemblance to Salamander.
