When Omega, a wronged Time Lord, threatens the universe with revenge, the Doctor and his companions must stop him, navigating a complex web of time travel, antimatter, and the fabric of reality.

In this episode of 'The Three Doctors,' Omega, a Time Lord thought to be destroyed, seeks revenge against the Time Lords who abandoned him. He has survived in a world of antimatter and gained control over a black hole's singularity, using its power to create a new reality. The Doctor, along with his companions Jo, Tyler, and Jon, find themselves transported to this world. Omega intends to use the Doctor's knowledge to defeat the Time Lords and achieve absolute power. The Doctor and his companions must navigate this treacherous new world, understanding the rules of antimatter and singularity, while also dealing with Omega's wrath and the consequences of his actions. Meanwhile, in another part of the story, the Brigadier, Benton, and Patrick, who have traveled through time and space in the TARDIS, find themselves on a deserted planet surface, trying to make sense of their surroundings and ultimately joining forces with the Doctor to stop Omega. Act 1

The First Doctor, Jo, Tyler, and Jon are brought before Omega in a magnificent Throne Room, having been transported to his antimatter world. Omega, a legendary Time Lord thought destroyed, reveals his identity and his deep-seated desire for revenge against the Time Lords who he believes abandoned him. He immediately asserts his power by separating Jo and Tyler from the Doctor, declaring them irrelevant to his vengeance. Omega recounts his history, explaining how he was sacrificed to a supernova to generate the colossal energy necessary for Time Lord travel, only to be left for dead and trapped in this black hole of antimatter. He now wields control over the singularity, using its immense power to create this new reality. Omega demands the Doctor's cooperation in his plan to defeat the Time Lords and achieve absolute power, threatening the lives of his companions if he refuses. The Doctor recognizes the profound danger Omega poses, not only to the Time Lords but to the fabric of the entire universe, as Omega's actions are causing a cosmic energy drain. This initial confrontation establishes the central conflict, Omega's formidable power, and the dire consequences of his vengeful ambition, compelling the Doctor to find a way to stop him.

Act 2

The narrative shifts focus to the Second Doctor, Brigadier, Benton, and Patrick, who arrive in Omega's antimatter world via the TARDIS. Disoriented, they quickly realize their familiar UNIT laboratory has been transported to an alien landscape of sand and strange creatures. Gels swiftly capture the Second Doctor and Benton, while the Brigadier, attempting to make sense of their predicament, encounters Ollis, a game warden. Ollis, a local who witnessed previous abductions, describes the 'lumpy creatures' and the capture of a 'man and a girl' (Jo and Tyler) and another 'fancy get up, white hair' man (the First Doctor), providing the Brigadier with crucial intelligence that begins to connect the disparate plotlines. The captured companions and the Second Doctor are all brought before Omega in the Throne Room. This dramatic reunion reveals the existence of two Doctors to Omega, who, angered by what he perceives as a trick by the High Council, imprisons them all together. Confined with Jo, Tyler, and Benton, the two Doctors initially bicker but then explain the concept of singularity and Omega's absolute control over this antimatter reality. Jo, observing Omega's power of will, proposes that the two Doctors, as Time Lords, could combine their wills to overcome Omega's barriers and escape, offering a glimmer of hope amidst their dire situation.

Act 3

Following Jo's insight, the two Doctors successfully combine their wills, manifesting a physical door and escaping their confinement. They immediately set their sights on the singularity chamber, identifying it as the core of Omega's power and the key to thwarting his plans. Jo, Tyler, and Benton, determined not to be left behind, follow the Doctors, navigating the palace passages while evading pursuing Gels. Simultaneously, outside the palace, the Brigadier and Ollis, having completed their reconnaissance, launch a daring frontal assault on the palace entrance. Their timely intervention allows them to rescue Jo, Tyler, and Benton as the companions attempt to exit, creating a unified front against Omega's forces. Inside the singularity chamber, the two Doctors confront Omega, asserting their ability to break his barriers and threatening to destroy him if he does not cease his destructive actions. Enraged by their defiance, Omega unleashes the 'dark side of his mind' to engage them in a direct, mental struggle. Concurrently, the Time Lord President, observing from the Time Control, makes a critical intervention, contacting the First Doctor (via monitor) and revealing that all three Doctors are essential to defeat Omega, committing the last of their energy to send the First Doctor into the black hole, setting the stage for a climactic three-Doctor confrontation.
