A pre-existing, non-mechanical round aperture in the Uxarieus cliff face, destroyed by explosions during a firefight. Served as a one-time escape route for the Doctor and colonists, with no cultural or technological significance to the Primitives.

Master’s Escape Amidst Violent Standoff

The second buggy on Uxarieus is used by the Doctor and Jo Grant for their pursuit of the Master. After commandeering the vehicle, they drive hard across the uneven terrain, racing to intercept the Master before he reaches his TARDIS. The chase is intense, but they arrive just as the TARDIS dematerializes, leaving them frustrated but undeterred in their mission.

Before: Parked near the cliff face, available for use by the Doctor and Jo Grant.

After: Skidding to a halt near the Master’s TARDIS landing site, empty and abandoned after the failed pursuit.
