Detsen Monastery Yeti Trap System

A combined rope-and-net snare deployed at the Detsen Monastery gate during the Yeti siege. Jamie McCrimmon throws a sturdy rope to a monk above the gate, enabling Thomni and the monks to snare a charging Yeti in the net. The rope hauls the creature upward, where monks subdue it with sticks. The Yeti collapses dead inside the netting without visible injury, revealing a silver globe that rolls free. The trap system is central to the episode's climax, exposing the Yetis' unnatural behavior and the hidden intelligence controlling them. The entire system (rope + net) is used collaboratively by Jamie, Thomni, and the monks to capture one Yeti, after which the remaining Yetis retreat synchronously.
