Ian and Susan's Torches are the physical manifestation of the travelers' escape plan. Crafted from sticks bound with fat scraped from the meat, these torches are lit and used to ignite a skull, creating a macabre spectacle that horrifies the tribe. The torches serve as both a diversion and a light source, enabling the group's flight into the forest.
