Thin plastic restraint bags are pulled taut around the Cybermen’s metallic limbs and torsos, holding them immobile within functional restraints. The seams split audibly as enhanced pressure builds, the material tearing like gunfire under focused pressure. These restraints become useless husks on the control room floor as the Cybermen force their limbs free, marking the irreversible transition from captives to active threats.

Jek interrogates and rejects the Doctor

The Android Restraint Bags are used by the android enforcers to physically subdue the Doctor during the confrontation, pinning his arms to enforce compliance with Jek’s interrogation. The bags are functional tools of control, clinging tightly and restricting movement without inflicting permanent harm—until Jek’s escalation shifts toward mutilation.

Before: The plastic bags are at the ready with the androids, used to restrain prisoners during questioning.

After: The Doctor is released from the restraints after Jek’s command, though the threat of their use remains implied by Stotz’s threats.
