The blade has a dark patina from years of regular use and sharpening, while the handle's worn grooves show Shockeye's deliberate grip. Originally sourced from the Space Station Chimera's galley, it is first wielded during a meal preparation scene before being repurposed as a weapon when Shockeye's cannibalistic instincts are provoked. The knife embodies Shockeye's transformation from chef to predator, marking his first overt violent act in the series.
