Corpse of the Slain Fendahleen

The bloated, calcified remains of the Fendahleen sprawl across the corridor floor, its segmented corpse still twitching with residual spasmodic jerks from its death throes. The thing’s obsidian carapace is cracked open in strips where Leela’s blaster bolts tore through, revealing viscous yellow ichor that darkens the stone beneath it. The air carries a thick, acrid stench of burnt chitin and ozone.
