The Doctor's Cobalt Ring and Storage Box

A system consisting of a narrow band of deep cobalt metal and a compact metal box used by the Doctor during the monopticon standoff. The box (Small Cobalt-Ring Box) conceals the ring (The Doctor's Cobalt Ring) in an invisible magnetic clasp, which the Doctor deploys to redirect or refract the monopticon's surveillance beam. Both components interact closely: the box is used to conceal and deploy the ring, while the ring is the active component that disrupts the beam's intent. The Doctor uses them in a single, impulsive action to disable surveillance without apparent physical interference.
