Bunk Room Barricade Wardrobe Component

A heavy wooden wardrobe from the bunk room, used as part of the emergency barricade to block both the door and window against haemovore intrusion. The thick wooden panels press against the glass panes, blocking moonlight and muffling the scrabbling of haemovores outside. Kathleen and Ace shove it into place in haste, its weight straining their arms—each shift in the quarantine’s emergency grip threatens to send the makeshift barrier crashing down. The wardrobe includes a hanging mirror on one side, and is part of a larger furniture barricade that includes two metal-framed bunk beds positioned vertically against the door.
