Rebellion Broadcast System

A centralized video network feeding the City’s public surveillance screens, now repurposed as the Doctor’s propaganda weapon. Its large main screen glows with processed drone footage, stitched into a manufactured celebration of revolution. Guards and work units outside Main Control see only false victory signs, their faces bathed in flickering, looping imagery of subdued Company forces as the rebels barricade the corridors.
