Restraint Rope

A length of coarse hemp rope, roughly two inches thick and knotted roughly at Romana’s wrists. The Swampies lash it tight around her arms and bind her to the jagged surface of a limestone outcrop, leaving her trussed and vulnerable beneath Rohm-Dutt’s clinical interrogation. The rope’s fibers chafe against her wrists as she tests its grip, its rough weave catching on the rocks each time she shifts against her restraint.
