Andred's Processing Control Helmet (with encephalographic barrier)

A crude grey metal helmet with narrow eye slits and exposed wiring, designed to restrict movement and vision of Gallifrey security personnel. Its brutal clamp fastens at the throat, and frayed interiors crackle with latent static electricity. The Doctor retrofits this helmet with a partial encephalographic barrier—a protective device woven into the interior lining that shields thoughts from telepathic intrusion. The barrier flickers faintly as energized circuitry, concealing the wearer's consciousness from higher-order cognitive extraction. Later thrown onto the TARDIS console, it becomes a critical component in the Doctor’s risky gambit to dismantle Gallifrey’s forcefield by accessing Rassilon’s consciousness through the APC net.
