Amsterdam Trams

Narrow-gauge trams with boxy maroon bodies and tangle overhead wires, their electric motors humming as they roll through the dense canalside streets. The trams carve a fuming path through the Doctor's desperate chase, forcing both him and Nyssa to scramble backward to avoid collision. Yellow headlamps pierce the Amsterdam twilight, momentarily blinding as the trams block Omega's retreat route, buying the Doctor precious seconds to close the gap. Their heavy steel undercarriages scrape rail joints with rhythmic clatter, a constant urban heartbeat that drowns out all but the loudest shouts.
