The magnetically locked glass doors serve as a barrier the Doctor neutralizes with precision timing, using his screwdriver to disable the lock without triggering the gallery’s alarms. Their transparent surfaces reflect the Doctor’s silhouette as he slips through smoothly.

Before: Secured by an invisible magnetic lock, preventing unauthorized access to the gallery.

After: Disengaged, allowing the Doctor and K9 to enter the gallery and later reach the TARDIS.
