Master's Block Transfer Controller

A palm-sized metallic device with a dense cluster of unfamiliar controls along one edge, its surface humming with a quiet vibration that pulses in synchrony with Adric's latent computational rhythms. The controller's housing is cool to the touch, its angular grip designed to fit the Master's hand rather than Adric's smaller fingers. When activated, tendrils of blue-white energy flicker between the device and Adric's temples, forcing his eyelids shut as the boy's mind reconfigures to channel his genetic abilities into the block transfer sequence. Initially deployed within the Master's TARDIS Zero Room/Control Chamber during the planning of the Castrovalva trap, the device later manifests as a mechanical interface in the same chamber, where the Master wields it with precise cruelty not as an equalizing tool but as a disciplining instrument to repurpose Adric's intellect against his will. The Master uses the device to harness Adric's computational powers, forcing the boy's mind to power a fatal block transfer that will redirect the TARDIS into a trap and drain Adric's energy to sustain the transfer's momentum.
