Gundan Robots' Axes

Two identical hand-axes, their heads forged from a dark, dense metal that rings with each strike against steel helmets. The blades flare outward from narrow necks into wide, semi-circular cutting edges, their simplicity contrasting with the robots' ornate helmets. As the Doctor steps aside, the robots swing blindly, their axes clashing with metallic shrieks and sending sparks skittering across the stone floor, momentarily incapacitating both machines in their shared obedience.

Doctor pits robots against each other

The identical hand-axes serve as both weapons and liabilities during the confrontation. Each robot wields one with mechanical efficiency, their dark dense blades ringing against steel helms when swung blindly in pursuit of the Doctor. The axes' simple design becomes instrumental in the Doctor's ploy, as the robots' rigid movement causes them to strike their own helmets, toppling both in their shared obedience.
