Tegan's Iron Bar

A heavy iron bar wielded by Tegan in a desperate act of self-preservation, wedged through the medical centre's door handles to seal herself outside as chaos engulfs the colony. The bar’s rough surface bears the weight of her rushed effort, its cold metal biting into the wooden frame. Its sudden resistance stops her escape, trapping her in the colony’s collapse. The surrounding looters ignore her, their focus on the food stores, but the bar’s presence is the only barrier between her and the mob.
