The Sontaran Manacle Keys are retrieved and used in a desperate, ingenious escape plan. The Sixth Doctor manipulates Peri into pushing the wheelchair toward the keys, then uses the wheelchair’s structure to tip the table, causing the keys to fall. The keys are kicked to his hands and used to free both Doctors from captivity, enabling counteraction against their captors.
