Doctor silences Leela through K9

The laser tube is activated by K9 in response to the Doctor’s command, extending from its housing to physically enforce silence on Leela. Its metallic surface glints in the dim console light as it locks into position, transforming from a diagnostic instrument into an oppressive apparatus of control.

Before: Retracted within K9’s body, its glow inactive and its purpose purely operational.

After: Extended and active, its cold red beam charged and its role shifted to enforcement of silence.
