The confinement cage contains the two Kinda prisoners whose minds Hindle begins to unravel. Their release initiates the sequence of telepathic assault and ritual surrender. The confinement cage, previously holding the Doctor, is unlocked by the Kinda with deliberate care, its rusted hinges groaning as it swings open.
