The self-destruct chamber’s wall panels become physical barricades to invasion, ground zero for physical assault. As Troopers tear at their seams, the panels groan and flex inward, exposing live conduit runs and bending the chamber’s structural integrity just enough to allow sabotage—but also to invite retaliation.

Before: Reinforced metallic barriers sealing the chamber from external access, pristine except faint handling scratches.

After: Jagged openings reveal gutted wiring and emergency circuits, panels now twisted by brute force into a crude gateway for both allies and enemies.

Turlough identifies Davros as the ultimate target

The reinforced wall panels are violently pried open by Dalek Troopers, their metallic edges bending under sustained pressure and revealing the chamber’s internal systems. The destruction of these defensive structures becomes a visual cue of encroaching defeat and relocation of power from containment to assault.

Before: Sealed and intact, forming the chamber’s outer defense.

After: Partially dismantled, hinges bent outward, inner mechanisms exposed and vulnerable.
