Thick dust-covered cobwebs disguise this deceptive floor in the sanctuary's sunlit foyer, mimicking solid stone. Satipo steps onto it and plummets into the black pit below. Indy grabs him briefly, then lashes the surface with his whip to tear away the cobwebs, exposing the chasm and enabling him to swing across on the anchored whip while securing a retreat line.
