Acamarian Authority

The Acamarian Authority is the sovereign governmental body of Acamar, led by a ruling Sovereign (Marouk). It acts as a diplomatic patron and resettlement sponsor, offering amnesty, ceremonial gestures (notably Acamarian brandy), and political guarantees to broker reconciliation with external groups. The authority operates through formal negotiation, sovereign-led diplomacy, and sponsored settlement proposals, backed by close advisors and protective detachments. It pursues integration and sponsorship of displaced peoples while negotiating the limits of autonomy and dignity demanded by those it seeks to absorb.
