Bre'el Four (Planet/Settlement)

Planetary Civilian Welfare and Emergency Disaster Response (Beneficiary of Interstellar Rescue Operations)

Description

Bre'el Four functions as a civilian planetary community confronting an acute geophysical emergency: its orbiting moon has moved into a perilous perigee, threatening widespread devastation. The settlement contains noncombatant populations and local administrators who attempt ad hoc coordination of relief but primarily act as the beneficiary of the Enterprise's emergency rescue, technical mitigation, and humanitarian assistance.
