Serbian Corruption Network
Description
A covert transnational criminal-political syndicate that corrupts humanitarian, diplomatic, and commercial channels to further illicit aims. It operates through layered fronts, compromised officials, corrupt commercial covers, embedded intermediaries, and unmarked logistics nodes based in Belgrade to divert aid, launder funds, and finance arms flows. Recently exposed by investigator Amanda Dalton and flagged in the Roosevelt Room briefing, the network produces legal, diplomatic, and national-security fallout, disrupting EU aid coordination and prompting U.S. policy and surveillance responses.
