Adjacent Brewery (Including Roof Structure)

A squat industrial brewery building huddled against the hotel’s garden wall, including its pitched tiled roof. The brickwork is pitted with soot stains and damp patches. Small-paned windows above grade are shattered by the blast, glass fragments glinting like teeth. Inside, copper vessels and fermentation tanks lie in tangled ruin beneath a roof with a jagged hole near the ridge where smoldering debris spilled down into the garden. The metallic tang of broken equipment is overridden by smoke, while steam hisses from a busted pipe beneath the wreckage. Uneven sunlight slashes through missing roof panels, illuminating drifting motes of dust. The garden-side entrance hangs open, framing a warren of toppled crates and broken glass.
