Underground City

Daleks carved the Underground City deep into Skaro's crust as a bombproof shelter from the neutron warhead that poisoned the surface. Thals scrape by outside its walls amid radiation, while inside, metal corridors trap the TARDIS crew in detention cells. Dalek voices echo through the structure, issuing ultimatums that force weakened humans into the jungle for anti-radiation drugs. Harsh lighting casts long shadows over grated floors, amplifying captivity's chill and the constant hum of mechanical menace.
