Side Tunnel Chute (Mine Tunnels)

A narrow, precipitous side tunnel branching from the main mine passage, used as an escape route by Indy and the trio during a tidal wave surge. The chute is steep, dark, and claustrophobic, with slick walls and a tight passage that forces the trio to slide and tumble headfirst into a larger tunnel below. Water roars past the chute's mouth, briefly shielding them from the flood before the surge continues, driving them deeper into the suffocating mine depths. The tunnel is characterized by frantic shouts, echoing chaos, and a sense of desperate urgency as pursuit resumes.
