The sand-filled sacks provide Galloway’s concealment, their weight holding down control panel covers and disguising his presence. One rests atop a panel, another lies ready near the floor. As the ship shakes from the explosion, the sacks spill grit, their subtle bulk briefly betraying cover before the ship tears apart.
