A glass capsule containing the pure Dalek Factor, hidden in a panel beside the cell door (or resting in the production machine) within the Daleks' weapons room. The Doctor exploits a moment of distraction (while Maxtible turns away after demonstrating the conversion machine) to swap it with a human factor substitute, enabling sabotage of the Dalek conversion process. Jamie observes the exchange from the cell, and the Black Dalek interrupts the Doctor's covert actions shortly after.

Doctor secretly prepares escape

The original Dalek Factor capsule is a critical prop in the Doctor's sabotage. It sits in the hidden panel beside the cell door, waiting to be swapped with the human-factor variant. The Doctor's quick hands remove it, and he pockets it as he replaces it with his own capsule. This object is the physical manifestation of the Daleks' genocidal ambitions, and its removal is the first step in undermining their power.

Before: Contained within the hidden panel, fully functional and ready for use in the Dalek Factor production machine.

After: Removed by the Doctor and replaced with the human-factor capsule, rendering it obsolete in the Dalek production process.
