The control panels (waist-height metallic surfaces etched with dials and levers) regulate delta ray flow and house the primary controls. Three bright flashing warning tubes descend from the ceiling, pulsing in synchronization with the delta ray activation process. The system's amber-illuminated panels and harsh white warning tubes combine to visually and operationally enforce the Borad's regime's power, with their combined mechanical precision underscoring the cold inevitability of the regime's command.
