Chela takes the cell key against Lon's regime

Chela covertly takes the small iron cell key from Ambril’s cluttered desk while his back is turned, using Lon’s drink distraction to hide the theft. The key, mundane in appearance, becomes an instrument of resistance that will later unlock cells to challenge Lon’s emerging regime. Its transfer from desk to pocket symbolizes the fracture of Lon’s authority.
