A standard-issue jacket belonging to one of the acid bath guards, discarded or torn away during the Doctor’s manipulation of the ensuing violence. The fabric appears drab and institutional, its sleeves rolled or torn from frantic movement as the guard is hurled into the lethal bath. Blood splatters mar the collar where the first victim’s spasms dragged him against his partner, the wet fabric clinging to the guard’s back as the Doctor watches without intervention.
