Doctor tricks Rani into revealing anklets

The Rani activates the anklet explosives from her wrist interface, broadcasting a signal intended to terrify the Lakertyans and quell rebellion. In reality, the anklets remain inert—the Doctor has silently disabled every device during prior infiltration, exposing her false control. The explosion fails, revealing her weaponized authority as hollow in an instant.
