Doctor refuses to be Rani's puppet

The Rani pours the contents of a small bottle into a glass of blue water, turning it clear to disguise the poisoned drink. She offers it to the Doctor as 'just water,' but he immediately rejects it and exposes her deception through his refusal to accept the offered drink.

Before: The glass contains blue water, and the small bottle is hidden in a lid in the corner of the table. The liquid is clear and odorless despite its poisonous contents.

After: The glass and poisoned drink remain untouched on the table as the Doctor leaves. The small bottle is returned to its hiding place.
