Leela's Hunting Knife

Leela uses a rugged Sevateem hunting knife to cut through the woven fabric wall of Neeva's hut, enabling her stealthy entry into the meeting hall. The knife's worn edge and practical construction highlight the resourcefulness required to navigate the tribal environment undetected.

Initially wielded by Leela for intimidation during the confrontation with the Tesh, the hunting knife is set aside when red emergency lighting forces a shift from aggression to interrogation. Its presence symbolizes Leela’s readiness to act, but she discards it when the tactical environment changes, recognizing that dialogue and intimidation have become more pressing than combat.

Leela withdraws her hunting knife only briefly to intimidate the Tesh before discarding it to arm herself with a Tesh energy weapon. Though mentioned and brandished, it plays no active role in combat, symbolizing her pragmatic shift from traditional weapons to stolen technology in this hostile environment.
