Master’s Sound-Cancelling Wave

A localized field of interfering frequencies emitted by the Master’s device. It disrupts the harmonic resonance of Logopolis’ computing towers, causing stutters in their mathematical sequences. The Monitor recoils as the wave passes over him, his vision distorting like heat haze, while the Doctor covers his ears against the sudden absence of logical cadence where there should be continuous calculation. Nyssa and Adric exchange glances: they recognize the signature of Epsilon radiation but don’t yet voice the dread that word would bring.
